Eccentric will be 3 secs on all movements -REMEMBER TO SQUEEZE!!
1️⃣BENT OVER ROW: 3 sets 8-12 reps.
2️⃣WIDE GRIP LAT PULL-UP: 3 sets 8-12 reps. Add weight or use bands to make it easier or harder.
3️⃣SINGLE ARM CALE ROW: 3 sets 10 reps. Pull to hip and make sure to stretch at the end.
4️⃣CLOSE GRIP LAT-PULLDOWN: 3 sets -8-12.
5️⃣RACK PULLS: 2 sets 8 reps.
