So I did have a really fun day! 🥳 Need to improve my anaerobic zones, that's why I did two sets of intervals 💪🏼 of five times 3 minutes at VO2max 👊 with only two minutes rest in between 🥵 So I went to this little climb and went up and down and kept repeated that... 🚴🏼♀️ This is on top of it, and the only time I really could enjoy the pretty view 🤪 But it felt good, and the weather was perfect 👌🏻 So how do you do these kinds of training?
