At Home LEG Workout [I NEVER thought this will happen]. Most gyms are temporarily closing - that doesn’t mean you have to stop training!!. It is really important we remain active to stay healthy and have a positive mind. Mental health is extremely important right now. All we hear is the negative and worrying news everywhere.
Over the next few weeks I will be not going to the gym (or not during the peak times). I am going to try to workout at home or outside. That mean I will rely on minimal equipment, bodyweight and resistance bands.
This leg workout is filmed at the gym but I didn't use any gym equipments to prepare and adapt myself.
WORKOUT DETAILS 👇
One giant set. The goal is to complete 6-10 rounds and rest time 45-120 ⏰ Seconds. Make adjustments if necessary.
1️⃣ Step Ups (8-10)
2️⃣ Gute-Ham Raises (10-12)
3️⃣ Assisted Leg Extensions (12-15)
4️⃣ Squat Calf Raises (10-12)
5️⃣ Standing Calf Raises (10-12)
