This week is the last week of my current phase which includes some heavy lifting, the goal is to get some strength gains which for sure have been coming, but with that so has my muscle mass. Although the main focus is to get stronger, I still incorporate kettlebell and cardio work so my gas tank doesn't go to shit. One of my go to's outside of kettlebell flows, and complexes are steady state bike rides. The goal is to stay in the 65-75 percent zone for the entirety of 30 minutes to an hour, this is crucial for me feeling better and not gaining 15-20 pounds in the blink of an eye, since my appetite goes out the roof when lifting heavy weights, and I gain weight easily. Plus remember not every session should feel like you got your ass whooped, next time you go for a run or hop on a bike try to last longer and not tax yourself out in 10 to 15 minutes. - - - 🎥: @kfoylefitness #concept2 #fullbodyworkout #biking #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #trainsmarter #workoutmotivation #workfromhome #steadystatecardio #conditioning #enginebuilding #coach #bikeerg #bikeride
