POSES INCLUDE: 🌟SEATED SIDE STRETCH 〰️ Flow from one side to the other a few times to stretch the side body! . 🌟WIDE FORWARD FOLD 〰️Great stretch for the hammies! You can fold straight or sway side to side to add some variety to the stretch . 🌟3 LEGGED DOG + OPEN DOG 〰️This variation feels sooo good! Make sure to breathe deep . 🌟UP DOG or COBRA 〰️Try one of these poses or both! These will stretch the back and chest and improve your posture . 🌟DEEP LUNGE + HALF SPLIT 〰️Start by holding each pose for a few deep breaths.
