NO EQUIPMENT home abs workout ! Here is a fire home ab workout for you to try! How are you all doing and feeling ?⁣ I hope you’re keeping that positive spirit alive ! 😃✨💪🏼 @strongandsxy⁣ ⁣ ⁣Remember to ♥️ and save so I know what content you like to see !⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ 1⃣ Mountain Climbers:⁣ 4 sets x 20 reps ⁣ In a press up position to begin, bring one knee to the chest then repeat with the other leg alternating them at a consistent speed for the duration of the set, keeping the core braced throughout. Keep your breathing controlled.⁣ ⁣ 2️⃣Plank Hip dips:⁣ 4 sets x 12 reps ⁣ Plank position, dip the hips left and then right, then bring the body lower to the floor maintaining the same body position and then repeat with the same control.⁣ ⁣ 3️⃣ Russian twist variation:⁣ 4 sets x 12 reps ⁣ Perform a sit up to begin with and then twist the body left and right before going back down keeping the core controlled as you descend.⁣ ⁣ 4️⃣ Half Wipers variation:⁣ 4 sets x 12 reps ⁣ Laying on the back face up, lower bith of the legs to one side, then extend both legs one at a time, bring back up and then repeat again on the other side keeping control throughout.⁣ ⁣ DJ Mayson - Anywhere you go⁣ ⁣ Are you ready to start your health and journey?
