Bench/Deadlift/Row Full Body Work! Yesterday's workout was simple and effective by doing a bench and deadlift ladder, one going down the other up, and then adding the rower erg to spice it up. Wanted to share this one with everyone because I got a good workout and felt great afterwards, plus wanted everyone who wanted to switch it up to give this one a go. WORKOUT 1) Bench x 10 reps, Deadlift x 1 rep + 250 meter row 2) Bench x 9 reps, Deadlift x 2 reps + 250 meter row 3) Bench x 8 reps, Deadlift x 3 reps + 250 meter row 4) Bench x 7 reps, Deadlift x 4 reps + 250 meter row 5) Bench x 6 reps, Deadlift x 5 reps + 250 meter row 6) Bench x 5 reps, Deadlift x 6 reps + 250 meter row 7) Bench x 4 reps, Deadlift x 7 reps + 250 meter row 8) Bench x 3 reps, Deadlift x 8 reps + 250 meter row 9) Bench x 2 reps, Deadlift x 9 reps + 250 meter row 10) Bench x 1 rep, Deadlift x 10 reps+ 250 meter row * Workout Notes Pick a weight and pace you feel comfortable with, remember your reps always = 11, and by the end you would have done 55 reps of each + 2500 meters on the row. Have fun and get after it! - - - 🎥 @a.l.e.x.g.a.r.c.i.a. #onnit #fullbodyworkout #deadlifts #benchpress #concept2rower #conditioningtraining #volumetraining #coach #crossfit #fitnessjourney #fitnessmotivation #wod
