Hi guys, we decided to show you some of the most effective and motivating videos of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Did you know that you don’t need to workout for an hour every day. Just regular movement, short HIIT and stretching is good enough to stay fit and motivated.
This saves you a lot of time, especially, if you can follow the classes online!
We’ll start with this 12-minutes no equipment workout with 30 seconds exercises and 30 seconds rest. You will do 6 exercises in total.
The next short workout video is by Joe body coach from California. You will do 3 rounds of 5 exercises. Working for 35 seconds and rest for 25 seconds.
The workout plan includes:
- 6 High Knees then 4 Lunge Jumps
- 5 Narrow Press-Ups into 5 wide Press-Ups
- 5 Toe Touches then 5 Full Body Crunches
- 6 Mountain Climbers with lateral move
- 4 Crab Toe Touches then 4 Kick Throughs
Finally, here is the 10-minute upper body HIIT workout for men.
This routine hits every muscle group of the upper body in just 10 minutes. No weights are needed so each exercise is bodyweight only giving you the ability to do this killer workout right from home.
